I recently stayed at the Waterfront Apartments for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The view of the Yarra river from my room was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and swimming pool, were excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with even a full-size bathtub. The hosts, Steven and Janet, were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

Location,size of apartment and the facilites. Also having secure undercover parking was excellent. The " Barista Own " coffee was nice.

The kitchen could have had a few more items. After buying fresh produce at Queen Vic markets a bigger fry pan would have been welcome. A plunger coffee pot or the like would have been good.

Views were great, apartment was great - Theresa was absolutely wonderful in assisting us for a great stay. However, description on Booked.net confirmation was incorrect - we had a 2 bedroom apartment (which was correct) but Booked.net information said it had 3 bathrooms with a spa bath - this was not right. We had 2 bathrooms no spa bath.

No breadboard in the apartment. Taxi drivers had no idea where it was - and the apartments aren't actually called Waterfront Apartments, they are called Flinders Wharf Apartments, we found this confusing.

Mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the host was super friendly and helpful, even helping us with our bags. The little touch of a bottle of wine and Tim Tams on arrival was jaw-dropping. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a fantastic kitchen that had everything we needed. The view from our room was breathtaking and the bed was so comfy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. The gym and lap pool were top-notch and perfect for relaxing. the experience was simply AMAZING and we can't wait to come back when we're in Melbourne again.

the service was excellent, including the good onsite restaurant. the rooms were reasonably large and good sized, with a tub. the location close to tram line was comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with great view of the yarra, my bed was comfy. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were really useful. The location was excellent and wonderful for walking around an interactive multilevel aquarium:)))

Perfect location with amazing views of the Yarrah River. Convenient store downstairs for essentials. Indoor pool and gym. Detailed room information. Smart TV with streaming apps. Helpful and informative staff. Highly recommend.

Location was great. The view was good. The appartments have very good security. The Appartment we stayed in was clean, well equiped, and comfortable.

The correct name for these Apartments is - "Flinders Apartments". I think the name "waterfront Apartments " has come about for marketing purposes. Please revert back to the correct name to avoid confusion. Sky bus from the Airport does not have any listing for "Waterfront Apartments" Taxi drivers have never heard of it. But in saying that... Melbourne's taxi drivers are the worst I have ever encountered.

Great location with proximity to public transport and the city centre

We were upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom apartment however, with this upgrade we then missed out on the bbq, DVD/stereo, Air conditioning and spa bath. These were all promised with the 2 bedroom booking but not in the room we were given. Quite disappointing given we were travelling as a young family in summer and only needed the 2 bedrooms.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel by the river on the boardwalk and I must say it was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to many eateries. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful receptionists who were always ready to assist. The room amenities were superb, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay - from ironing facilities to heating and air conditioning. The balcony offered a great view and the sitting area and dining table provided a cozy space to relax and enjoy my meals. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a definite plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and room amenities.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Roomy.

We found this apartment a little disappointing. For the price we paid the flat did not excite and the furnishings were cheap. It was described as delux but it wasn'T. The main complaint was that the riverside view was actually one over the station. It was very interesting watching the tracks being replaced.

The location of Waterfront Apartments was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, and the pool, sauna, and steam room were great amenities to have. We also appreciated the detailed instructions for after hours check-in.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartments overlooking the river. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and transport. Our room was fully equipped, clean, and modern. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent, as well as the shower. The tea and coffee provided were a nice touch, and we appreciated having cooking and washing facilities available.
